has anyone tried to work in oDesk? share your experiences please..

I'm interested to do some part time jobs in oDesk, can somebody share their experiences in this post? I knew that it takes 1month before you receive any payout but is there any employers in oDesk that doesn't pay their workers?

I started my oDesk career last year it was not easy because most of the clients/buyer want providers that already have feedback from previous clients in oDesk but I didn't give up. After almost a month of bidding for a job, I finally got one and from then on I always have a task to do everyday and I even have my regular clients now and most of them referred me to their friends as well. :)

hello mmifrap! what types of job are you currently having with odesk? i have just joined lately, applied but not hired yet. And now i realize how hard it is to land on a job at odesk.
