I really like eating that before but when I've learned how to cook it I just hate it already because it is deep fried and yet time consuming to work on it. I just started to avoid cooking like this because it is deep fried, I mean as much as possible we have to avoid eating deep fried. What about you do you like rellenong bangus? Just eating it or cooking it? Or both?

Me and my housemates love relleno and whenever someone goes home to the Phil. we ask them to bring us some. YOu really learn to appreciate food when they're hard to prepare, plus the ingredients are not easily available here so we are thankful to just get a taste of it.

I think I took more than 5 hours just to finish that. I mean the first time I have cooked it I started around 4pm then finishes around 8 pm already. From there I don't like to do it anymore and yet I hate the idea of having too much oil to cook it.

I love eating it before but when I discovered that how it was cooked then it is time for me to avoid it since I don't like it being deep fried and the ground pork is also included.

Hi Metatronik!
I really like eating this food. Though you're right in saying that it takes a lot of time to prepare and cook this food but thats what makes it really good. Just to think of how to prepare the Bangus, including the removal of fish meat and bone, would really need expertise and consume time.
About deep fried food, I know that is not that good for our health. But if we look into our world, people have become so busy and resort to ready and easy to cook food such as frying.
Have a nice day!

You are totally right there, but I don't like the fact that there would be left over oil to the extent of recycling it. I mean it is not also good to our health according to some research.

I love rellenong bangus! There are some fish mongers that would prepare the fish for you. They will remove all they can remove inside the fish but you will be the one to cook it. My mom doesn't put ground pork. Usually it's all bangus and veggies like carrots and peas. One time she needed extenders so she used a little ham and ground chicken. Since the filling is all cooked already, she fries the whole fish just until the skin is crispy. It's not deep fried though. But it tastes great!

I think sometimes I will do that by not putting the ground pork. I thought it was even required since my Mom told me so. But then next time I won't do that so that we could eat more fish rather than the pork. Actually the uneccessary parts on the fish were already removed but then I still have a hard time to prepare.

It may be time consuming to cook rellenong bangus however the time you have consumed is a time well spent. The outcome of the dish is something to look forward to. For me i like deep fried fish. For the reason that i can eat the whole fish including its head yum yum. Honestly I don't know how it is really prepared I just like eating it though. I eat only rellenong bangus in Goldilocks... Just the thought of it makes me hungry.

Good thing to know that you really like it. Maybe you have to learn how to cook it so that you would know and sometimes you have to sew it parts so that whenever you are cooking it would not be popping. Well I dunno but that was the explanation of the maid from another house.

Well it depends on your dishes sometimes it is really delicious but easy to prepare. Actually it is base on your ingredients as well.

I like it a lot if done right. But it seems that the process in preparing that food is tedious I guess I'm going to say that, "I just like eating it." :) Have someone do it or buy. I guess it is ok to eat deep fried foods from time to time. As long as you maintain a healthy lifestyle. Exercise and proper diet. You only get one chance in this life.
