I had never thought about making potato curry. I like chicken curry a whole lot so I would probably like the potatoe curry as well.

How about mojo potatoes, have you tried them?
It's simple to do... just do the following:
1) Wash the potatoes in clean water and make sure to remove all the dirt (but don't remove the skin).
2) Slice it into chips (without peeling the skin) but not too thin (thickness should be 1/10 of an inch).
3) Soak the sliced potatoes in a bowl with 2-3 slightly beaten eggs + 1/2 teaspoon black or white finely ground pepper + 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Let the potatoes soak for 30 minutes - 1 hour.
4) Drain the potatoes and let it dry for 2-3 minutes.
5) Deep fry it until golden brown.
6) Serve hot with gravy or ketchup or lite mayonnaise.
7) ENJOY!!!

Hi,
I like to eat potatoes. They just taste sweet and nice.
When I was a kid, I don't eat potatoes,but now
I have grown up and potatoes has become my
favourite dishes.
I do include potatoes into my dishes once a week.
Sometimes I will cook stew chicken potatoes,it taste yummy.
You can also use potatoes into curry/rendang dishes.
It definitely taste nice.
If you were to shred the potatoes and shred some carrots, stir
fried them and then mixed with fried eggs,it is also
another tasty dishes.
I am not sure you ever heard of this Malay food call Perkedel.
It is made of potatoes and it is very delicious.
I love to eat perkedel.but it is more time consuming in preparing it.
Boil some potatoes and smash them while hot. Add some minced pork/chicken,
with seasoning (pepper, light soya sauce, sesame oil),add some chopped
parsley.roll them into a ball and fried them in non-stick pan. Before
frying, dip the perkedel into beaten egg first.
Serve them with steam white rice and some chilly sauce,it is definitely
a great meal.
