In our job system bossing is problem. But in tradition job market bossing is main part of you around, isn't it?
So leave the job and do work on the field where you make yourself boss and worker same time. A few email hunt me for that doing work, is it true work on net? How can i fake finding of that? Please discuss about if you gather some knowledge. Please share a tips which bear you better.

I don't think it's a problem, it only depends on the preferences of an employee. There are people who doesn't want to work with a boss, and with that they should strive to have their own business where they dont have to work with a boss.
Bosses are those people who have spent years in the business and have lots of experience doing the task of his/her subordinates. They actually know what their subordinates are doing because they have done it as well. They serve as a guide and they also suffer from the mistakes of their subordinates.
