are you experience embarassed or humilated in your job?i am working as admin in my job,i did a lot of paper works such communication letter,but sometimes im getting tired to do it,because im not fluent in english.what is the best thing i can do to improve my english skills?

I am not also good in english but for you to improve your communication skills you can join some class. There are some class offered online so you can have it anytime you want or your free time. Plus you need to continously do it, you may watch television or movie in english or listen to radio or music in english and if possible converse in english as well. Be observant when you are talking and to the person you are talking with.
