i'm confuesed about my guyfirend

i have a guyfirend that i been friends with for 8 or 9 years and i have this boyfirend i been with for almost two my boyfirend told me he love me first and i feel the same way i told my guyfirend about this and ever secen then when we talk about him(my boyfirend) he say i know he cares about you and i know you care about him. what i'm trying to say is that he use the word care about or the "L" word to say we love each other at first i though he did it will every one but i notice he do that with just me what do that mean? that he us care or "L" word insed of love.

my guyfirend when him and i talks about my boyfirend my guyfirend say that i care about my boyfirend or he will say the "l" word (love in other words) he don't belive that i love my boyfirend he thinks i just care about him insted of love.

It seems like it makes him kind of uncomfortable that you "care" about someone else. Which is common in girl/guy friendships because even if you don't like each other (in that way) it's hard to see someone moving on without you. I think it's for one of 2 reasons: Either he's uncomfortable being without an "L-word" of his own so it helps him to play it down like it's not as serious, or He may love you and is only now realizing it and is playing your relationship down so you will start to play it down as well. I think the fact that you are picking up on this signal he's sending (whatever it may be) is definitely worth talking it out. You need to find out why or you could possibly lose your level of friendship.
