Too much fruits can also cause obesity

People assume that fruits can cure obesity but its not entirely true. Too much of fruits can cause an obesity that hamburgers and ice cream cannot do. I know this because i know someone who takes too much fruits everyday and the more he takes the fatter she grows, and ironically, i myself eat so much ice cream and hamburgers but i have the physique of a model....

well like anything else it should be consumed with moderation. Sure if you eat fruits instead of candy, the natural sugar will be 10X better than processed sugars and artificial additives, but in the end sugar is sugar. Some people just have slower metabolism and it's especially true if they have a family history of obesity. A person who has a family history is 3x's more of a chance to become obese. Just eat with moderation and pay attention to what fruits to eat. Some have higher sugar levels than others...

yes, i do agree with wickedspies.consumed foods with moderation and it includes the fruits.then you can stay healthy.

wow.. a model... ^_^ maybe it's not because of the food you eat... metabolism might be the doing the trick.... or perhaps the difference in your daily routine.. like are you exerting more effort and using up more energy that her??? or it could be in the genes.... anyway, i sure wish i had the same metabolism as yours.... LOL... wow, eating all the hamburgers and ice creams but not getting any fatter is a perk..

I don't think so!. I am eating many fruit every day and its not making me fat. I do know fruit contain fructose thats but the concentration not as much in ice cream. I think the caused is other food thats your friend take, its impossible your friend just eat fruit. Or he doesn't exercise regularly.

I have read somewhere that orranges have too much sugar that may be the cause of your friend's weight gain. but it is really a case to case basis. Some people's metabolism are really slow and some people like you get to burn their fat fast even if the food that you eat have lots of carbo and cholesterol. She might also have some problem with her thyroid gland.
