My first credit card was a sub-card that my parents gave me on my 21st birthday. The card itself represents that my parents viewed me as an adult from that day. I can't remember what was the first item that I have bought with the card. As for the first card that I have applied for myself, I happen when I was around 24-25 years old. Feeling? Actually pretty normal. Nothing much to shout about.

I was very happy indeed having my first credit card. But I was very careful in purchasing. The very first thing that I purchased was a digital camera. Up until now the camera is still there. I always plan what I buy knowing that I am buying it on credit and sooner or later, I would have to pay for it. Well, now, I also use my credit card in purchasing products online and making my orders abroad for some materials that I need for my training. Very convenient indeed.

I had it 6 months during my first employment. Got excited that I get to buy things even when I don't have the actual cash with me. Went into overspending for the next 15 years of my life that became the reason for my 2 years of despair. If only I could turn back the clock, I would treat things differently.

i havnt got a credit cared yet. I have worked for a credit card company and i know how it works. and i prefer to stay away from it as long as my company does not force one into me. I am satisfied with my debit card.
