The one possible that your laptop is slow in startup its because you have so many startup programs to load during the system is on process. However it can be neutralized using msconfig configuration all you have to do is remove the program on the startup that has no use to load during the system is going to start. You can also optimize your startup and performance of your system using the software called tune-up utilities. Another solution of your problem is change your current operating system in to Windows Seven. Windows seven is like a vista but more features than vista. Windows seven is a light operating system, unlike vista is very low in startup.
