I just want to know if db-bux.com is a scam?

I have read a lot of messages here says that db-bux is a scam buti have also some friends who says that its legit because they received their payments.Just wondering who says the truth?In my case,Im now still waiting for the payments.My request to pay out is already granted but i am now still confused.

I am a Sri Lankan. I am also a Platinum member of DB bux. I have joint before five months. Up to date I have paid 191 Usd to DB bux for upgrading my account. T have made sevaral payout requests. But still not paid. I have send sevaral E mails, but they have failed to reply also. Accoding to above situation I am suspecting this is a scam site sometimes. This idea will clear by site Admin. However I am still a Platinum member.
