I'm just a newbie in myLot. For the record, this is just my first day, but I can't seem to stop posting or participating in discussions in myLot.
Can you help me determine if I have become a myLot addict already?

Yeah, you surely have!
But don't worry, a time will come when you will relax and just enjoy being here. I think all mylotters have gone thru this phase already.
Lucky you, it seems you've lost the "just read, no post" phase!

Actually... I've been through it.
I had a mind set of saying to myself to make or spend more time posting... rather than read someone else's post. But alas... I stopped by an interesting topic, and guess what... I think I've spent more than two hours reading the whole thread without even making a single post/response. Haha.

It seems you know well why you are here! Sometimes I forgot the first reason I signed in here and just enjoy reading what others say. After reading all the comments in a discussion, when it comes to comment, I realize I have nothing new to say and skip to another discussion. And this happens more and more often...

Hahaha. Everyone here admits that they have become myLot addict. Oh well, having to express one's self/thought without any inhibition is really an additive thing. Good for you (I should know... coz for me, that's what makes being a myLotter addictive).

rofl yup you sure have, we've all been there. Just keep at it and enjoy yourself. First get a cup of coffee or something, switch on the t.v. and continue with your participation. We need as many people here to make creative discussion :D

Same feeling I have here. I became so much absorb with mylot that I ignored my kids. No more naps for me in the afternoon because of mylot. Even when I'm watching television I do mylot. But now I'm a little relax and I'm back to managing my time well.
