tutorial9.net get paid upto $150 ?

I have seen a new website tutorial9.net and it shows up that it pays us upto $150 for each tutorial approved or published . Has anyone tried this website yet if so then tell me how to publish an tutorial on this website and also suggest me some good ways to get my article or tutorial approved .

they only accept tutorial for graphic designing , adobe photoshop , adobe illustrator and many more things like that .we should be perfect to get our tutorial accepted . And i have consulted 1 expert over there he told me that i should write an tutorial of minimum 1000 words to get accepted and the quality content should be of your own .

hiii, sorry if I'm presumptuous participate in this discussion.
I strongly support the idea of sandyme to make a tutorial in this forum, maybe we can write some tutorials so that we can have as many posts in this forum.
I also will write some tutorials on programming and design.

Is that scam site? As I know, nothing is easy on internet when you play MMO. forget it and look for some better website. Start at 0.001$
