corroupt people are heartless

i have seen corroupt people taking bribe from very poor people who even can not afford two times meals ,i wonder how they can take bribe from such people ,they take money on very high rate from money lender and pay bribe ,what is your openion

corropt official should be hanged and ther property should be sized ,they should be dumped in sea ,they deserve no mercy
