Dear all, i have booked a laptop consulting a sales person in DELL (india, bangalore), i have sent DD favouring company as per quote sent by him to me.. now on saturday i have called him to ask whether dd was recieved or not, he spoke very very rude to me and said " Who are you? whome did you give DD?" and all stuff, i dont know any person except him, i have taken 8 laptops for my friends from this person, but he doesnt have loyality. now the problem is that this guy is not answering my calls and when loggd into system to cancel the DD it is already paid .. now whome to contcact in DELL? is there any Complaint cell number or E-mail id you know??????? please please help me
