What do you think about the myLot website layout?

I think that the layout of myLot website is a little confusing for the first time user. Like for example I have seen that many people who wish to change their profile pic usually click on the profile and edit profile link and thats logical but on myLot the link to add profile pic is provided in preferences. And this is just one of the things that can be difficult for a first time user. Do you think there are any other such problems in the site.

It works. Very simple. For a site like this you really want it very simple. Too many graphics can really slow a site down. And when it comes to a money making site, it's not good to be slow.
