fasting.there soon going fasting in here.enter this month, running fasting. i want to say, congratulations to all people who's running fasting. hopelly we are fasting this time is more blessed and better thatn the other day. physical adn spiritual, aplogize for everything and congratulations to all people who running fasting

nothing very special to prepare this.i just more prepare my health my way to a lot prayer at fasting month..thanks for your response

well yeah fasting is good for a cause.... when u want to be heard.. from the administration if in terms of govt. or prayering .. .. but exxcept why worsen ur health . . :P :P ... enjoy fasting
