I missed up

and I am very sorry. I was surpassed to stop smoking on 8-3! However, that i day ,I had surgery, and I was was put into the hospital. I have having a really bad time. to be honesty all off last week was really bad. And wouldn't you know it, when they sent be home, and without thinking I had a cigarette on the way home.
The reason I feel so bad is because I let myself down and my mylot friends down. Expressly that ones that were stopping with me. Also, the supposed everyone was giving me. 
I am feeling a little better, but I am going to have to do very little this week. therefore, I will be taking it easy. I will check in once in a while.
Have you ever made a promise and then broke it and by doing so felt really bad about it?

i dont think theres a soul living that hasnt broken promises that they have strived to keep. sometimes it just happens. thats life. if you beat yourself up about it it will only get worse. forget it and move on. you know ive tried to stop smoking id say 20 times or so and cant. ive just resolved myself to that fact and NEVER promise any more.

i HOPE U ARE FEELING BETTER. I try not to make promises because i sure don't want to break them. We all have done that & it's not a good feeling. Take care of yourself.

Glad to see u on here & don't worry about getting back to me sooner. I'm glad u are feeling well enough to be on here. I still smoke to & would never make a promise to anyone that i would quit because i would probably break it to. I wish u luck in quitting, it would be a hard thing for me to do. Happy monday to u. U are quite welcome for the pm. Like the sound of making someone's day.

We all feel badly when we make a promise then for some reason do not keep it. You can try again this week. The point is that you know you need to do it for your own health. Of course you are needing to rest up after surgery as well. Just a big thank you for letting us know you are alright.
