I make my own hamburgers with ground meat, minced fried onions, spices, an egg, parsley and a bit of bread crumbs. I eaither fry them or bake them in a grill. They taste a lot better than the ones you buy.

It is yummy and you can add the spices you prefer. But it is also healthy as you can use the kind of meat you like. My daughter makes special hamburgers for my youngest grandson because he once had his cholesterol a little high. She mixes a lot of ground chicken brea st with some small quantity of red meat. Happy posting!

Hi, I do make burger for my family once a while for breakfast. Most of the time ,I will buy the ready-made burger patty from supermarket. It is much more convenience and save my time too. ACtually It is not that difficult to make the burger patty. I did tried once, but I just feel lazy to make the patty myself. How to make chicken burger patty : get a minced chicken meat, mixed well with peppers, seasonings and leave it in fridge for one hour. Then roll them and flatten the patty. Heat up wok with bit of oil. Dip the patty into the beaten egg and breadcrumbs.Fry them till brownish. Ready to serve with burger bun(add some tomatoes, cucumbers + chilly and tomatoes sauce). it will be a great breakfast menu for family.

Sounds like delicious.Water come out from my mouth. I like cheese in hamburgers. I'm interested in western fast food, but lazy to do it by myself. Maybe I can give it a try.

I am a burger lover as well. I like most of the burgers except those with beef because I do not consume beef due to religious practice. A healthy and simple burger can be easily made. I usually just use cheese, tomato, onion, and salad veges as the main ingredients. I apply pepper powder, mayonnaise and chili sause to make it smell and taste better. Sometimes I might add more bun to make it a 3~4 layers burger Happy posting and have a nice day!

I also make hamburger at home but I think the flavor is not the same as the one that we have in fast food chains. The only advantage I can think of, is that you can have anything you like in it. You can have unlimited stuff of everything that you want in your burger.

I buy burgers every weekend that I'm going to the grocery store. I just cooked it with mushroom and gravy sauce with rice. My kids really love it and they can even eat 2 cups of rice. Try it with and hope your family will also enjoy it.

If you have never tried it,making baked hamburgers is delicious. You simply put your patties together and place them on a broiler pan so the grease will drip underneath then bake in the oven at 350 degrees for half an hour. There is less grease in the burgers by doing it this way and they have a yummy taste.

You will need a meat grinder. I think you do not need a recipe but simply will need to grind some beef, lamb or whatever your preffered meat is. I think you should check with your butcher as to what cuts of meat would work best and get some tips from them.

I make burgers all the time. I make beef, lamb, pork and turkey or chicken ones. You just need to mix minced(ground) meat of your choice together with finely chopped onions and seasoning. I use different herbs and seasonings dpending on the meat I use, I really like chopped chillies and kidney beans added to minced beef for great chilli burgers.
