Does myLot improve conversation skills?

I believe it would. Starting a discussion on myLot is similar to starting a conversation. When you reply to a discussion, it would be similar to carrying on a regular face to face conversation. Not only that, but when you are looking to start a discussion on myLot, you have to come up with a topic to write about. You also have to do this when you are talking to another person. So, in my opinion, myLot would definitely improve your conversation skills. What do you guys think?

I believe too.I am going to attend the IELTS exams this October.A friend recommend this website to me. I think it's so helpful nomatter conversation skills or vocabulary.so I login myloft many times everyday.

I recommended this site to my girlfriend for the same reason. She is going to be taking the same test in October as well. I explained to her that if she made at least 2 or 3 posts each day, her writing and reading skills would greatly improve. Good luck with the IELTS!!!

I think that with mylot my english is better now :)
When i started to write here, i was wondering what to write, what words to use and so on :) After 2 posts that my english is not so bad, i started to write more and more and now i feel good, because i'm sure that i can find way to say everything i want to say :)

Definitely my friend.
The only difference is,we are facing the person in person.
But the same like conversation and communication happens.
Inter-action with people and not just with one person but from different people of different races and cultures.
So,the good thing is,we can hear and read different opinion from one topic alone.
That makes mylot exciting and more fun to start a discussion.
