suppose a ball is falling freely and at some time ,is at a height of 1 meter frm ground..
after a fraction
it is at a height of 0.1 meter
after that
0.01 meters
.
.
0.001 m
0.0001 m
.
.
.
.
.
.
0.00000000000000000000000000001m
.
.
.
.
.
and goes on till infinity..
so my point is.. according to maths..it should not touch the ground but it does..
put your minds..!!1

I'm no math geek or anything but, at some point it touches ground, whenever that happens ...
... isn't that 0.0 meters from the ground already and the infinity theory is invalid?

I guess it depends on how you see it,
Ball will make physical contact at some point, so the measurement between that "0 & 1" that you mention can be as short as a 0.1 or as long as a 0.00X as you want.
But regardless, as you said and we know, the ball touches the ground since it bounces back, right? ;)
