A friend of mine has two children, one is 6, another one is about 8 1/2. He has put up $30,000 at least per year to put both of his children to good school, especially private school. There is nothing wrong with a parent who trying to give his children a better education, but would that $30,000 of spending per year worthwhile, while his children still that young? Sometimes, he just sighing that he has work so hard on it. For my own personal opinion, it will be worth more if he can save that money for their college funds. What do you think of it?

I completely understand your friend wanting to give their children a good education. There is no way we can afford private school so we homeschool our kids. I enjoy it so much and we get to spend our days together. I wouldn't trade it for anything.

I have a friend who struggle to put her children through good education because she has 6 children and she's a single mom she can't afford it. so what she did is to just enroll her kids on a public school. i said there's no problem as long as her kids are studying it's okay all she needs to do is to support her kids...and that is what she's doing...

There are a lot of reasons why a parent would choose to spend that kind of money on tuition. I don't know where your friend is or what the public schools are like in his area but some children need better direction than what the public school can give them. It's a very personal choice to make.
Would I spend that kind of money? Probably not - but my 11 year old daughter does attends private school on a part time basis so I do know what it's like to pay some tuition. I just couldn't afford the same amount your friend is spending.

Do not give a big push on them. You just have to make them understand in a easy way. They are kids and they take time. But don't feel low, it happens to most of the kids. Some learn very low and some faster.
