How to travel from Aliso viejo to San Deigo by train?

I'm looking to travel to San Deigo from Aliso Viejo on a daily basis. Driving for 1.5 hours is too tiring. Could someone please tell me what are the various train transport options I have? It seems every county has their own transport system. Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated.
