it seems everyone deal with difficult people in our everyday lives. it may be member of the family, your household staff, co-employee, supervisor, or even the cab driver that we may encounter. Dealing with difficult people teaches us to be more patient, more understanding and persevering. It also remind you that you too could be difficult to others.Difficult people teach you many important lessons in life. By seeing the tragic results of their actions, you're inspired to do the very opposite of what they do. Lastly, it draws you closer to GOD. Difficult people force you to pray a lot. they also help us in being a better leader, if we can manage them...
Hi.
At times it gets really difficult with difficult people even embarrassing.
I have done it a few times, being the coordinator and representative of our class during graduation always brought me into those situations.
I usually had two ways of going about my way in those days...firstly, I used to get those nu-sense causing people into business. Secondly, Ignore them.
Though I didn't had a 100% record in managing them, but I did okay.

A difficult person can either bring out the best of the worst in you. I think you learn how disciplined you are by dealing with difficult people. I also think there are times you shouldn't have to put up with difficult people, particularly when they're purposely obnoxious. You don't let them get the better of you, but you don't put up with their bad behavior either.

Yes I agree. Having encountered difficult people in the past made me realized that there are things that they cannot handle easily. Deep in my heart I am very thankful that they made me a better person.

hey friend, you have for sure heard this saying, 'A smile is a curve that can starighten a lot problems'. Keep smiling and be polite when you speak to people those who are difficult ot handle with. Actually their bitter experiences or memories make them so difficult to deal with others. What we can do, is not letting them recollect those memories. Just be quiet and polite and smile when you are dealing with them. Afterwards you won't feel them difficult to deal with. I have tried this and won a several hearts. Hope this will help you. Bye

Hi jasminetea.
I guess it is more appropriate to say that dealing with "Difficult" people teaches you important lessons in Life if, and only if, you can deal with them, civilly and professionally. I say ignoring "Difficult" people will not do you a thing. Nevertheless, Timing is essential. As they say, "There are times for everything". Peace out! :)

I agree with giving a smile or just simply ignoring them. But on the other hand if you really cannot ignore them because you have to deal with them in one way or another, I think the rule is "less talk less mistake."

As for me, i try not to have contact with difficult people. I try my best to avoid them whenever I can but not to the point that I deprive myself of my duties or regular activities. It's just that sometimes they are too difficult to deal with and I don't want to do or say anything that I might regret in the future. That is why I'm trying my best not to do anything with them. If in case I really have to deal with a difficult person, I try my best to act normal the best way I can and limit my words to the best of my capabilities.
