Have you ever complained about your misrating in microworkers and won it? Does it goes serious enough to get terminated our account for mistook complaints? Do you have any experience in this? Please share!

I appealed against one misrating (my only rejected task) and it was reversed when I showed proof I had done the task. I think that's one of the best things about Microworkers...the workers have a voice and can challenge cheating employers.

That was really a brave thing. I too have lodged a complaint about a misrating but it was not answered for more than three days. Does the 7 day rule apply for the complaints too? I remain worried to see the result. What if, the task creator is proved right? Will I lose my account?

It did take some time to get my complaint resolved. As I remember, I got a message that they were looking into it almost immediately. Then later I got credit for the misrated task. The process may have changed somewhat since I made my complaint as that was some months ago. I wouldn't think you would lose your account for making one honest complaint...they're probably talking about people who do tasks incorrectly and then send in a whole bunch of complaints.
