tips on how to pass the Exam?

I'm planning to take my exam early next year. I have heard a lot of examinees failed. Out of 100% who took the exam only 20% passed. SCARY! I have problem with my study habits, I can't tolerate 3 hrs. straight studying or reading. And I easily forget what I have studied earlier. I also get distracted with non sense things. What should I do?
