The only purpose of my hard working is to earn money. It's so boring and I don't want to mention the details of my job.Often the good suffer, and often the wicked prosper.

Hello Deepak. Yes, I agree with you. What is important is to do the work properly and thoroughly. Credit is gained by the performance. I have held different positions in different jobs. And, again, I would expect my staff to do their duties sincerely and thoroughly.

I am semi-retired and working part-time for a large company. Honestly I am there for a paycheck and the benefits. I do give my 100% when at work and in the past have been offered a promotion so I know they are happy with the work I do. I do not try to impress any one in the management because of any love for my job or wanting to move up with the company. I am perfectly happy where I am. I am sincere in my work mostly because of my work ethics.

it is hard to say. am i sincere? sometimes yes, sometimes no. i think everybody has to suffer from a period when they feel tired, unfair, bored. they may overcome it but i will come back again and again. even if you love your job very much, you can't be sincere all the time. there got to be some time you want to escape. do you?
