I think it would be great news for users because some new users tends to join under no upline , I have found so many of my friends doing like this where they would have been my direct referrals.

well we can not do anything if someone stumble upon a site without a referral link and sign up on that. But as you say, there are so many people who like to be un-referred. One of the good option will be that hiding the referral name in the sign up page. There are some sites i have come across during sign up, the referrer is not shown anywhere, (i dont know) may be it is embedded somehow in the script, cos still im referred by someone.

Wait, I'm confused. I don't really understand your discussion. Are you saying people should get referral bonuses (which they usually do) or that people who get referred should get some kind of commission or bonus off of it? I can't see how the GPT site would make money in that case..

If that will be the case then there will be no more rented referrals. And only those who can get many direct referrals have a chance to get good money. I am not one of those who can get hundreds, if not thousands of direct referrals.
