I am the condiment queen. I love sauces, mustards, mayonnaises..you name it. I put mayonnaise with pretty much everything. Are you a condiment lover? What particular types or combinations do you like?

you sound like my hubby. we recently went to a little town that has a lot of boutiques and one of them is full of just dips, jams and whatnot and the best thing is, you can test them before you buy!

Oh, yes. I love horseradish and wasabi (especially on cashew nuts) and all of the herbs and spices, and yes, especially mayonnaise. I even put cinnamon oil in my milk. Mmmm.

When it comes to condiments, I would often use Hot Sauce, Chili Paste, Catsup and Worcestershire Sauce. Rarely do I use Hot English Mustard. But other than that, if it's pizza, it's usually Chili Flakes for added zest and flavor. And basically the gist of my post is, just anything spicy and zesty. Oh and I also forgot, some steak sauce too.

I am the condiments anti-queen, then...well maybe anti-king is more appropriate! I despise most sauces, anything dairy-based. Mayonnaises - yuck. I prefer dry bread that bread with butter. Mustard, i can live with or tomato based sauces.

I am a condiment lover, but not skilled. My favorite condiment is hot red chilli pepper. When I eat a pot of boiled fish I always add much pepper. Is my taste is too strong and spicy?

Each to their own! I don't like my food too spicy but I like a bit of chili too. I really love garlic so everything I cook has at least half a bulb in it!

Well, our Indian food style is such that love it or hate it, but we cant cook anything without condiments. Be it a meal, a snack or just a dip or even mashed veggies…we have to have our condiments and spices in it to perk it up. It might not be spicy all the time but condiments we use definitely make the food more flavourful. I love mayo too, only its quite fattening so I avoid it as much as possible…also mayo is not our traditional food so every time a buy a jar of mayo, I run out of options and usage after a couple of sandwiches LOL

I like mustard, the only thing I put mayo in is like tuna, egg salad, and the roomie made potato and tuna macaroni salads with mayo - I'm not a big mayo fan Everyone else likes that Miracle Whip stuff, but it has corn starch in it so I can't eat it

hi coffeeshot I love to use Hidden valley ranch dressing on all'sadlads, and I love horseradish on meat, good ketchup and plain old frenchs yellow mustard on french fries and hamburgers, bertolli's spaghetti sauce with garlic and basil for my pastas, and low sodium soy sauce for stir fries, so yeah I also love condiments, and grey poupon mustard for roast beef too. hurray for condiments.

I love tartar sauce and although it’s designed for fish I have been known to put it on just about anything because I love it so much! Good comfort food when I’m on my own and I don’t have to cook for the family, a jar of tartar sauce and some hot chips, yum, I dip those chippies in the sauce...Delicious!

sweet chilli sauce - sweet chilli sauce 150g
I use a fair few condiments, making my own ketchups and sauces. My favourite bought in ingredient is sweet chilli sauce, usually from the Chinese supermarket, as the main high street shops/ supermarkets sell much smaller bottles for nearly the same price.
