i would have to agree with your wife edward. there are people from our place who do practice black magic. in fact my great grandmother was one. she had the ability to heal and place a curse at the same time. she wanted to pass her amulet to my grandma (her daughter) before she passed away. thankfully my grandma refused and her abilities were not passed to the next generation.

I think there are evil forces out there but they only work on people who believe in them and if you are a Christian God will protect you. I am amazed at how many people just delve into things like this and then wonder why things happen. I think if you stay away from these kind of practices then you shouldn't be an open target. My mom always tells me stories of ghosts, curses, etc. but I have never experienced any of this kind of stuff. I stay away from people who do fortune telling, perform such tasks. I know when we visited Mexico there are so many people who go to these kind of people to supposedly put curses on people. Why would a person go to another human being to see if it's possible? I just say in the name of Jesus....and know that I am protected.

I believe in it because there are many verses in the Bible that warn us against it because it is evil.. So yes as a Christian I do believe in it.

yes. I am christian but I do believe that the world has some unseen forces around it... under it or wherever they may be able to hide. I believe that everything works in both ways. Black and White, Good or Evil, Yin and Yang...

Hello Joy! The most important thing about black-magic is that it blackens out our conscience first! I and my belief towards black-mgic is never practicable, because of lack of normalcy in presentation! Hope, you follow me... Thanks and wishing you best of times... That is the real white magic of good will!!

I guess I do if its anything like voodoo. I know that many evangelist have gone to a country and upset them, because a great deal of population made their living that way. But God has taken over that country, and many well-known TV evangelists have come from there since and spoken much of it.

Well, I believe everything is energy and like the force of a prayer, black magic can work too. I think it works, otherwise it would have long been forgotten.

Many people from Asian Region will believe in black magic. Myself did not see with my own eye but one of my friend did see it with his own eye. Here we call a bomoh or a witch. The bomoh was actually treating a girl who believe was attacked or intruded by a spirit. The bomoh was first reading some spell and using a kris (Malays saber) to write some wording on the air in front of that girl. And that girl was suddenly become very fierce and angry toward that bomoh. The girl is actually a soft and nice girl when she is normal. And then when the bomoh act to attacked the girl with his kris without touching the girl. The girl fainted after that. And she back to normal like usual after that treatment. Is this call a black magic? I don't know, only those really know black magic will know.

I believe in black magic as much as I believe in god/religion - I don't believe any of it. I find it silly and stupid and I suggest people stop believing all that nonsense. It's all a scam. What makes her believe it? Does she think she has witnessed it? I hope she comes to her senses soon friend :)
