Friends can you tell me how to create a blog and how to earn from that?

I am asking so many persons about the blog but still i didn't get proper answer from any one. Every one will say that create blog in blogger account and you can start earning. But i don't know how exactly it works and is it necessary to wait for approval after creating an account in blogger? after creating an account can i start earning? How to start earning that is my big question to you friends. Please suggest me regarding this.

Actually, it is really easy to create an account in blogging. But for me, it is purposely for expressing your thoughts on a particular topic and yes, you must make more and interesting posts to make people be familiar with your blog and that's the time you can apply for the addsense for earning purposes. Just like me, I do have a blog but still in the process of making more posts. Happy mylotting, sach.
