Letting go of dreams to fight love

I always believe that the right person compliments you as well as completes you. In the sense that you are a complete person yourself. It is hard to be in a relationship when you are not whole and you have so much issues in life because chances are your bringing your baggage into the relationship. This will head to disasterville. Anyway, I believe in realizing my dreams first you know why? Scientifically according to Maslow's heirarchy of needs one must attain a level of self actualization so he/she could be a whole person or else he/she will be fixated on the same thing. Just come to think of it if you let go of your dreams now for just one person would you be able to live with that? don't you think at some point in your life you'd be thinking about how to get there somehow and if life becomes distasteful for both of you won't you ever regret it?

Love shouldn't be a hindrance to one's personal legend.

Hi jadmari, I believe if we get the right person in our life, we will not need to let go of our dreams. In fact they would even encourage us to chase it.

I think I'd rather choose my dream rather fight for love. I mean, these days people are more practical and I also understand if other are not. And as you said earlier, there are people who fight for love but then it fails so its still better to choose your dream.

Love is a pure and true feeling which gives courage to fight and grow.

Never Stop Dreaming! That is the only thing no one can take away from us. If you have to include them in your dreams but never give it up. Make new dreams, dream of a world where he/she is a part of it, just don't stop dreaming, because the moment you, that's the time you'll stop living.

dreams are your goal and your direction in life while love is the spice or the reason of why you aim of such thing.as for me loving someone is really need a lot of courage just to fight the hindrances or the walls that makes your love for someone so tough and impossible.loving someone isn't always involved happiness and enjoyment.instead loving is a gamble in emotions and your goals in life.when such problem arises we need to sit down,keep silent for awhile and choose what we want to hold and to let go.when dreams and love are at stake its so hard to choose but we need to just to make things right and move on.so whatever i choose i will responsible to it and ready to face the consequences and the losses that i am going to undertake..
