working out is the best exercise to get sweat, remove all the toxins from the body and make it firm...
many people maintain good and healthy body because of doing such exercise. but, many also are afraid to try because of the thought 'that once you start, you have to regularly do it or else you will be doubling your size'
true????

i think when you stop working, you might gain weight if you become a couch potato.. but if you still live a healthy and active lifestyle, you sure will maintain your figure... if you do not eat healthy and settle for fast foods, im sure you will gain weight even if you are working 12 hours a day... :D don't worry be healthy!

You will gain weight if you intake more calories than you should. Also, whether you gain weight or not depends on your metabolism. If you have a very fast metabolism like those few lucky people, whatever you eat you will not get bigger because calories in your body get burnt fast.
I agree with you that exercise is good for you. It helps you build muscle to keep your metabolism going and it also helps you get rid of some toxins in your body.

I read an article about this discussion which you've started. The point that was being stressed was those who exercise a lot and give up do not control their diet after stopping their exercise schedule. They continue to eat as much after reducing exercise. If they reduce their food intake after reducing or stopping exercise then it was felt that such a problem wouldn't arise.

thanks... therefore, it is much on the self discipline in controlling the eating habit...
