To be a boaster?

Around me,I always find some one who boasts when finding a job gets a job as soon, while the honest one is relatively hard to get a job.Why are there so many bubbles in the world, such as bubles in economy,even in relationship.What do these bubbles mean? Are thery good things or bad things for developments?

I didn't really understand the bubble part but there are people who tend to boast their accomplishments even if it really seems annoying. They won't notice it cuz they're in some kind of zone where they think of just themselves. They're in a trance.
