No i don't while driving...you made a valid point here....i feel,people shoould speak a lot on this subject than just by saying "Yes" or "No"....life is precious....so, don't do such things while moving.Nothing is more important than your lifeOneshould remember this much first.If the matter is taht much important and you if you are comfortable to park your vehicle somewhere, then stop your vehicle and then talk....but not while moving....

I don't do it. But in emergency cases also, I can't do it because of fear to pay fines to traffic police.

No Never. Its very dangerous to do that. If I get a call I stop somewhere and then receive the call.

I do sometimes. I know that it is dangerous and all that but I still do it. Lately I haven't done it because my friend was involved in an accident that was caused by someone on the cell phone, nobody was seriously injured.

Its alot dangerous and can result in accident. I always pull over and receive the call.
