Do u like New Gmail changes?

Well today morning i logged into my gmail & saw the new changes.
Some i liked (particularly the overall appearance)
but i don't like what they have done with Compose mail & contacts.
The compose mail as button is looking kind of wired. It shud remain as link or option.
