The title and estimated release date of Inheritance Book 4 has not been released, so I doubt anyone actually knows. It's likely that the book is not even finished and Paolini's publisher isn't rushing him. Don't know. If you're anxious then just keep checking the fan sites. I'm sure as soon as anyone knows anything, it'll be up on one of them. As for speculation, I have no guesses. I assume the good guys win, but of course I'm not sure.
