No chance! That needs great personalities as members of the website, not a bunch of school and college-level (or some adults like me also) guys tweeting away to make pocket money!
The picture shows birds tweeting or chirping away as the sun rises.

True, but for that you need a great build up and change of website interface. Moreover the entire motto of the organization and employees work would have to be changed, etc. Social Media website business has to have great vision, planning and implementation from the start.
