i am guessing it is coming from the fan blower. you need to replace that fan. sometimes oiling it would help reduced the noise but its temporary. one other cause is the creeking of the HD rotor, you better back up your data coz its gonna fail soon.

In my case, it is not the fan blower. It's my hard disk! The hard disk runs roughly. It's been more than 5 months already but my computer is still okay. I just let it run that way and console myself not be annoyed by the irritating sound.

It can be one of the fans that is making the noise. Try to isolate which one. CPU fan, Chassis fan, Power Supply fan or Video card fan (if you have external VC). Replace or clean the noisy fan and use any oil to lubricate them.
If your hard disk drive is making the noise then you must back up all your files immediately and buy a new hard disk. Good luck!

I my experience, noise is caused by either your POWER SUPPLY fan, CHASSIS fan or your VIDEO CARD fan. Try to observe and determine what fan is causing that noise, remove the fan and try to put some oil on it. You can usually find the hole in the fan where the bearing is located.
There is some cases where power supply connectors touches on your chassis fan. Try to arrange unused power supply connector and see if the noise remains.
Hope this helps! Thanks!
