I always brush my teeth in the morning, but i know that this have no sense, because when i brush it, i always smoke and drink coffee after that. :) Brushing teeth in the night is more important, but old habits are different for changing :)
And i got problems with my teeth since i was kid. I got problems with my bones, so brushing in the morning or in the nights - same effect. :)

yes, i brush my teeth in the evening. it is good to start with a dry toothbrush. this removes alot of the plaque on our teeth and our tongues. then use toothbrush with toothpaster with tartar control and listerine mouthwash to kill all germs and gingivitis.

yup i do brush y teeth before i sleep... Its part of my evening ritual actually. i dont feel clean if i havent brushed my teeth. Another thng is that a person needs to brush his teeth before he sleeps. We have 8 or more hours sleep and all those times a lot of bacteria will surely grow. so its best to clean it first to minimize bacteria and prevent cavities. :) happy toothbrushin mylotters!
