I have a few grands my daughter have one now he's two she was 16 years old when she had my grandson I told my daughter to wait until she turn 18 to do the child support he had everything he needed then my daughter started acting like a baby so I said ok I went for custody in child support when she was 17 1/2 when she turned 18 she went down to file for my grandson to get him back it took two times for us to go to court before I gave him back it's been a few months now she never have my grandson the other grandmother had him since court which I use to let them get him anytime before now she give me her a.. to kiss I keep calling her in the other grand to see my baby but I get the run around so now I don't know if I should go back in file for custody because everyone is talking that the grand in the father is going to file for custody
