Are moccassins still in style?

I know that people wear moccasssins, and they were in style last time I was in school. I wanted to buy some recently for the upcoming school year. But then someone pointed out to me that they were more in fashion LAST year. n i was like.. oh. :/ I think they're cute, but I'm not sure if I should get them if they're already OUT of style. So, do you know if moccassins are still in fashion?

There were a lot of people wearing them when I was in high school, which was 2005-2008-ish. I think most of the people who wore them did because they were comfortable, I noticed that those people who did wear them were not the most fashion-concious.
So I'd say if you like them for comfort, go ahead and wear them. But if it's just for style, it might be going out.
