1. Both come from the same root of divinity 2. Both believe in Abraham, Jonah and other Prophets. 3. Both believe in Jesus but in different perception. 4. Both are true if both can get the point no 1. Any comment?

man2sting if all of that is so true tell me oh tell me p lease why 9/`11 why the hatred, I am a Christian and we are not taught we must annihilate anyone who does not believe in our particular religion so why Islam so different so hateful if they too believe in one God, cannot be the same dammned God.

You wrote,"I am a Christian and we are not taught we must annihilate anyone...".Come on let's compare the World killing Scores of Christians and Muslims. We will come to know who have killed more human beings so far. Please include world wars and Nuclear blasts at Hiroshima and Nagasaki also. Please do get data from your states office and let me know.We know the allied forces have killed millions of Iraqis for revenge of only three thousand deaths in 9/11 incident.Recently the British Defense Minister has admitted use of some nuclear weapons in Iraq war.And still you want that others should never get such technology for their self defense ??

Hatley, good friend. There're always be troublemakers in all religions. So, be objective. If you love Jesus, you should love us because we don't like our beloved Jesus be crucified or worse regarded as God. That's too much.

Hi dear, There are still more religions having opinioned with Pont 1. Having many gods and no god, both are same. A blind also have a god. A plant has god. A bacteria have god. A fish has a god. The man has many gods. So the 'wisest creature' has everything more than one. Because they like having more is good for the existence. If Christ is not there, Allah is there, if both are not there, there are many others are there. So why in a hurry for the same? There are choices as per our requirement. Colorful and automatic etc. So nothing to worry, all 'is' well .... Regards, Thank-s

Hi, thanks1961, You're right having many gods or no god is the same. It's different from having one God. That's what's supposed to be called God: beyond compare!

Both came from the same root but one drew its sustenance from stock of Ishmael and other drew its sustenance from stock of Isaac. Jesus grew on the stock of Isaac, if he were born as a descendant of Ishmael they would have believed him to be the Son of God. Christians would have then considered him only as a prophet.

From your explanation, it is clearJesus was born, no matter what stock he's from. Anyone born can contemplate to whom he belong.

jak2010, thank you for regarding me as brother. I'm flattered. But, sir, I don't think you like seeing me coming up with sensitive postings again and again. Maybe you're getting to like me if you are able to get the point later which maybe you don't like to believe. However, you're still good friend, to me, despite the different faith that we have, and at the end you disagree with me. If we like to muse, before everything exists God is there alone. Then He created everything. One big problem is how to let his creatures know about Him. Of course, the Artist of the universe won't be able to be seen by the "painted". That's logical. Then He sent Prophets to certain people at the start of the world, not only in order to believe in Him, but also to be good as Him, because man's praised nature takes after Him. However, from Moses until Jesus, these people keep mocking at them and disregarded the God's revelation. Yet only few believed. Jesus was threatened to kill, but God saved him, lifting him up, and substituting him with his rebellious disciple to be crucified. When the mockery went too far as people believe Jesus had scarified himself and he was the son of God, God keep sending another Prophet, and happened to be the last to reform everything. It sounds logical, right? The point is there's only one God, where, there's nothing and nobody there around when He existed. Now, since Christian and Islam had been born, He, no matter people think about Him, He's still there, the one beyond compare doesn't need any absurd element to support Him at all. He is in the past, present and future, keeps the same. Again, good friend, this is for us to contemplate. Thank you. Have a nice day

All these peoples are sons of Abraham. But trusts made deference.
