There are many things one that can do before they go to bed. However, there is only one thing that I can do. That thing being that I would read a booking. Reading helps get me in a state of relaxion when it is time to go to sleep. I take far much longer to go to sleep when I do not read a book, then when I do. There is a lot more tossing and turning and restless nights.
I think a good half of an hour of reading is the best thing that one can do to get thmeselves ready for a good night sleep. There was a time where I used to watch some television before I go to bed. However, that got me too worked up for whatever reason. So reading right before I go to sleep is the best thing in the world that I think that I can do. It really sets the tone and helps me relax.

Every night before I go to sleep I usually take a shower and put some cologne. It'll make me feel good. If I can't go to sleep directly I try to watch movie or suf on internet. These days I try to put some moisturizer on my face but not everyday because I always forget about it . IT is because I am not used to it.

I don't have any plan before i sleep. I generally hear music in my cell phone or read a book before i sleep. If i start to read any subjects or any textbook then i automatically get sleep. I sometimes also brush my teeth before i sleep. That's all i do.

I know that I always have a hard time falling asleep, so what I do is I'll take a couple of sleeping pills or muscle relaxers. then I just go into my room and lay in my bed. It doesn't really matter what I do, watch TV, read. Just as long as I'm laying down and not moving. Eventually after about half an hour to an hour I finally start to get heavy eyes and fall asleep. It works really well for me. You should try it. :)

Before bed i do think about my b/f. Only i feel i have done all my work with out mistake. I only feel like going to bed after i chat with him for a while in cell phone or online chat. I hope he does the same, 'cause he loves me lot.

I have a certain order in which I do things. Take contacts out, wash face, brush and floss teeth. Just before I lay down I have to put chapstick on my lips and I MUST have a huge glass of icewater on my night table, though I almost never drink it. I feel all out of sorts if my routine is messed up :)
