S*x in the City 2 Better than the 1st?

I have watched S*x in the City 2 yesterday and was quite entertained by their mischief and adventure. They have injected more humor into the story and more adventure by featuring places outside their regular city in New York.
Though for me, I still feel like I liked the 1st better than the sequel. The 1st has more depth and passion in the story, but still maintains the value of entertainment. I like movies to have more content rather than building up more on the entertainment value.

I've watched both movies - the first on dvd, and the second in the cinema. I liked them both, and I couldn't tell which movie I liked more. The second got me interested with the far east, though.

i watched the part 2 just last week but i would have to say that i was disappointed. i found the first movie way better since it did have a better storyline compared to the second part. i was a bit bored actually. its quite a disappointment since I'm a huge S&C fan.

I saw both, and the first one really is much better than the second! The second is more like a cheap knock off in comparison!

Yes I have watch the sequel to S8x in the City and I like the first one better. I think the story line of the first one is better and has a lot of drama on it and definitely gave the series a great movie end. The second movie seems like a second episode to the first movie. Since it talks about the marriage of and life of the four characters after the first movie. There's definitely a lesson on the second movies its just that it focus more on the comedic personality of Samantha but I like it.Its just Carries postponed wedding on the first one it just fantastic compared to the trip to Saudi Arabia in the second one.Maybe its just diffult to make a better movie than the first one.
