I have noticed that other members used some smilies and putting some links. How it is possible to do that?

Actually thanks for addting this question... Even i have the same problem, i am not able to add smileys to the post cos i do not know how to add them. so i will keep a note of this post and return to check out the answers. thanks in advance.
