When friends cannot be truly happy for you

Have you ever wished that just one of your friends would show sincere happiness for something wonderful happening in your life? I have no problem feeling happy for just about anyone, especially my friends or family but, I very seldom receive the same when something fabulous happens in my life. I almost always feel as if I cannot tell anyone when something great happens because they will be jealous.Why must I feel guilty when something great happens to me, why can't other people allow a person to rejoice in something great? It makes me feel hurt and angry to think that people that claim to love and care about me- snear at me when I express happiness. I am just curious if anyone else has this happen to them.
