Yuck! I remember those days! I cannot say more than what has already been said. They are all correct. The good news is if you follow this good advice this condition will go away as fast as it showed up. But you do want to spend a lot of time with water and hands off!

Okay answering from my email..By bumps are we talking about acne or maybe an allergic reaction or something? Define what you mean by bumps it would make it easier to help.

Well, might be able to help. Not sure. but here is a link that might help you better then I could.
Here is a little of what it says on that site.
: # Baking Soda Facial Mask - Mix a small amount of baking soda with water to make a paste. Apply to your face and let dry. Rinse with water. If your face is too sensitive for the whole mask, apply the mixture to individual acne sores.
# Oatmeal Facial Mask - This is a gentle, nourishing and cleansing facial mask that soothes the skin and balances the complexion. It is an excellent way to calm down acne eruptions for sensitive skin.
# Raw Potato - Slice a raw, organic white potato into thin slices and apply them to your face, especially on your acne outbreaks. This helps to reduce swelling and inflammation.
# Egg Yolk Facial Mask - use only if you are not allergic to eggs! Beat one egg yolk and use a clean child's paintbrush to apply to your face. Leave on for 10 minutes.
At the end of a few weeks of using these natural homemade acne treatments, you will not only look and feel healthier, but will be well on your way to a beautiful and clear complexion!

there is alot of frugal ways to deal with acne and that have worked. Although sometimes the frugal ways take a few days longer. So don't give up to fast if you try them.

Those cures are all based on acne. I dont know whether to call these bumps acne. These type of bumps are not cause by an allergic reaction. These types of bumps have some white things in it if you burst it. Are those acne?
I though i read up that acne does not really have nothing in it and they are usually red. Well mine arent red. They are the same complexion as the rest of my face.

Well, a lot of people have give you some good advice so I don’t think I’d repeat them…I must stress that don’t touch the pimples or acne, if you do that, they just spread. I think you have oily skin and also some hormonal problems…a good astringent should help you control the oil secretion. There’s no quick solution to getting rid of pimples…they just come and go in their own sweet time. Just take care that they don’t spread out that much…

I've done a lot of research on that condition, acne it is called. Don't pop them. Don't use astringents or remedies you buy from the store--they will dry out your skin and make it over-produce oil and make the acne worse. Keep your hair away from your face so it doesn't deposit oil on your skin. Drink lots of water, wash your face 2-3 times a day with MILD soap and water.
Eat a lot of alkaline foods like green vegetables, melons and avoid red meat. Stay away from sugar and salt and especially fizzy drinks. If you use a moisturizer on your face at night it will send your pores a signal that they don't have to produce any more oil because your skin is nice and moist.
I hope that helps.

Most lotions are oil-based so they would do more harm than good. You can get cheap moisturizers. You can also use plain yogurt as a face mask--pat it on and let it dry then wash it off. Honey is also good for that purpose. Both impart moisture to your skin and fool it into thinking that no more oil production is needed, helps balance everything out.

I cannot understand why you cannot remember what you did.
If you worry about your looks, i mean really, this is classic, get yourself some clearisal face wash for men.
That ought to help.
Please remember, you are going through puberty now, so you will have these problems.

ah Renhard puberty is making you have acne. Best get to your dermatoligist and if you have one, get your doctor to recommend one. She or he will know what to give you to get rid of your acne and tell you how to take the
best care of your facial skin. Good luck and God bless. we all go through that in growing up.

I take it you are referring to pimples or acne commonly known as zits? I used to get them as a teenager. Aside from a really healthy diet and cleanliness I would suggest a little salt mixed with some cold cream on your face twice a day; it worked wonders for me although not for sensitive skins. You don’t need a lot of salt or to scrub too hard. The salt turns the cold cream into a scrub. Pimples are infections and salt does wonders for infections. If the scrub is too harsh for your skin try bathing them in warm salty water.
