This whole deal with the Jet Blue flight attendant made me want to ask this. Have you ever walked out on a job? I don't mean leaving by giving a two weeks notice or anything like that or leaving when your boss knows ahead of time that you will be leaving. I am talking about a spur of the moment walk off, where things just got to be too much and you just walked out?

No, I have never done that. I think the flight attendant's exit was spectacular. they arrested him and charged him with felonies, which is ludicrous. They need to arrest the passenger who refused to remain seated and then hit that attendant with his luggage.

Well he did make the safety slide come out which probably cost the airline a bit of money as like an airbag it probably takes some doing to re-install those things once they have been brought out and this probably did delay the flight which inconvenienced all of the passengers and probably messed up flight schedules for several other plains as well so he has to bear some responsibility for all that but yes I think it was pretty cool. He will probably get all kinds of guest appearances and a book deal and all kinds of other stuff so I think he will be OK.

I have never walked out on a job. I think it is incredibly rude and disrespectful. I've also never been that pissed at my bosses to want to do that to them. It seems like getting to that blow up point could be prevented.
