Neighbors that look over your fence???

Hi Anime, How old are you by the way? And who are these neighbors? Male or Female? Are they your old neighbor or they just just move in. There are some possibilities why they keep looking at you. Maybe you are beautiful to them or they want to make friends with you. I am not sure what is the real situation are. If they are not really scary, i guess you can try making friends with them or ask them frankly why they are looking at you and it annoys you, I guess they will understand it... Good luck

OMG are you sure it is not my neighbor. It did not matter what time I left or arrived my neighbor would always be peaking through the blinds. It got so ridiculous that each time I approached my door I would stare right at the blinds. Funny one day as I was starring right at the blinds the sensor light was blaring right at the blinds so I could see his entire shape hiding thinking I could not see him. As soon as I saw the fingers lifting the blinds and caught him he would run inside. It was so bad both my children did the same. Stare at the blinds so he knew that we knew he was watching. Funny though my house was robbed twice in a two week span and the thieves took everything right out the back door and where the heck was the peeping Tom. HA! Maybe it was he he robbed my place. We will never know.

Hi, Well.. join the club! I am also having the same problem as you are, one of them will always peep on us everytime we go out. It doesn't matter whether it is day or night, she's always there doing the peeping. At first I felt furious about it, but then I realized that there must be something wrong with her. Doesn't she have anything else to do? And the weird thing is she's always doing the peeping from the first floor, coz she can't possibly peep me from downstairs coz I put concrete fence all around my house. I think she must be crazy. And then there is another neighbor who likes bad mouthing about me. I can hear her slandering me behind my kitchen door, because she purposely spoke loudly to let me hear, I suppose. She tried convincing a man that I am a no good person, but the guy didn't buy her words because he knows I am not like that. I was so furious about it, and I told my husband about it. We never bothered anybody but my neighbors seem to be angry that we are happy. I've come across so many jealous neighbors in my life and now I don't simply care. As long as they don't harm my feelings severely and don't injure me physically, I won't give a care on what they do. I am happy with my husband and I like doing what I do. I don't need them to be happy. And they are angry because I don't want to join them gossiping about others. Eww.. that's not me.

what do the neighbor call the cops about?

I completely know how this feels though with me it isnt just neighbours looking over the fence - they climb into our garden! The last time they managed to get in and break my daughters pots in which she had just planted seeds. I was furious though when spoke to the woman she denyed it. What makes it worse is that this woman was the mayor and constantly thinks she is better than everyone and wont hear a bad word against her family. We have got to the point where it is upsetting us so much that we want to move as we dont know what else to try after speaking with them is doing no good

Put up a brick wall, sweetie. Normal fencing don't help at all. We have six feet walls surrounding the house. That keeps the neighbors at bay. I hate when people do that. Better yet, get 2 big rottweilers. They won't dare look over that fence again. TATA.

hi anime123 I would not like that either as that means they are nosy neighbors. Is the neighbor a man ogling you? I would call the police on them for a change as one's own home is one's castle and nosey neighbors have no right to ogle anyone. I would report them to the police honestly.

Dress something that will make looks more sexier than ever that they cant take their eyes off on you LOL. just kidding. Their might some reasons why your neighbor is watching you. Is this a guy? hmmm seems to me that he has some feelings for you. By watching you maybe will make his day beautiful. If this one is a girl, then she might be too jealous on you that she has to keep an eye on you to know your secret of being much beautiful than her. Relax and take it easy. Your neighbors cannot resist your beauty.

There are many reasons why people stare or peek. And maybe they also have intention on why they were doing it so. if they look scary then tell them directly why they are looking over and report to the President of your community. If they look curious you may approach them and make friends with them.

I do not think there are any good way to stop them from doing that. They have the right to watch around, so I think maybe the best solution is to talk with them about this directly and ask them not doing that any more. If they refuse to stop, maybe you could make some fence that are not visible. But that maybe look ugly anyway.

It's really annoying to have nosy neighbors. Maybe you try to make friends with them if it's possible but if not better ignore them. As you long as they are not doing anything to harm you and your family. I hope you don't mind my asking, why did they called the cops? Were they complaining or something else?
