Ever got your heart stolen? Ever think of suicide? Be positive, everything happens for a reason and it serves us.
Try to find something positive you learn from the relationship so that life would be better in future.
Don't treat defeat as setbacks, treat it as motivation for us to move forward.
Cheers and good day to all of you!

There but time mends broken hearts, so yes one must keep busy and if nothing else works a new love interests definitely will do it.

wow. yet another wonderful tip. but, with a broken heart, one cannot revive and wait for time to mend. ... so, it is imperative for all his/her friends to coo and boo and somehow bring the sufferer.... to turn the bends and make the mends.
time will sure mend everything.

Here is how I look at it being that my heart has been broken several times. Two tears in a bucket, NEXT!
At least these words comfort me.

WELCOME to mylot.
thanks for such a positive note. work-ups like meditation, breathing exercises, prayers, solitude, silence, ----- all motivate one who is sick at heart, to come out of the crisis.
that is what I have learnt in these days. Happy mylotting.

Good saying! Meditation and exercise do help us relax, so does music.
Some says music can heal :D

soothing music heals to some people, while rock music is equally invigorating to some.
whatever, .. music also adds to the list of giving solace and relief to the stressed out minds and bodies.
thanks for a great topic.asxenon.

Mending a broken heart? I think if you are on the phase where you are decided to do it then it'll be easy but if not it's going to be hard.
We have many choices how to mend our broken heart. One , wouldn't be so good to you but good for me. I think because we have different characters..

The negative feelings are just not something to be turned into positive feeling that easily. You can only have Pos feelings when the Neg feelings are over, i think time is the only good way to forget the past and move onward.
The most serious effect of broken heart is trauma

I agree that time does heal the wound. But what i am saying is, don't just sit and wait for it to heal. Try to do something that helps you relax or will generate a positive energy for you to move forward instead of thinking what is over.
Sometimes, what is over is already over, whatever you do later will never help to rewind time. Cheers and be happy!
